Owners Sharon and Joe have been told by countless travelers that when they see Upper Crust’s colorful mural on the building’s side, they know they’re “home.” The mural is an iconic work of art. Originally, painted in 2000, and repainted in 2003, it depicts Santa Cruz’ major landmarks. Today, it’s an indelible landmark itself.
