The Meat Sauce: Starting with high-quality meats, virgin olive olive, herbs, and special spices, this hearty red sauce slow-simmered for hours, ready only when the pickiest of all Italian grandmothers say, “it’s done — now get out my kitchen.”
Our veggie marinara sauce is slow-simmered with onions, zucchini, celery, parsley, and fresh herbs. It’s a favorite of many who prefer rustic tastes of the garden.
