Handed down from one generation to another it’s smothered in a blend of fine cheeses, then brick oven-baked to a golden brown. The thin-crust pizza is afforded the same care as the thick Sicilian pizza and features the same savory sauces, cheeses, spices, and herbs.

Our secret original sauces are made in house and are longtime family recipes. Our veggie marinara sauce is slow-simmered with onions, zucchini, celery, parsley, and fresh herbs. It’s a favorite of many who prefer rustic tastes of the garden.
